This is a shot from O’Connor pass in Dingle Ireland, there are so many great views from up there, it’s also pretty cool to be standing up there with the clouds.
Although both shots from the Connor Pass are lovely, this is my favourite - it's gives a real sense of the majesty of the landscape here, and isolation, and distance. Those lowering clouds are a warning of weather to come, although they can pass as quickly as they arrive - a real contrast to the warm tones of the late sunshine on the hillside. I really like the composition, leading the eye in and down to the sea and the hills over the water. Great stuff!
